Joe (Tex) Bickerstaff was an American boxing promoter out of Southern Oregon. Bickerstaff primarily promoted in Klamath Falls during the 1920s and 1930s, as well in the Southern Oregon cities of Medford and Merrill. The Klamath Falls Herald reported that Bickerstaff was a longtime friend of World Junior lightweight champion Tod Morgan, having worked with him in his early days in Eureka, California.
