LIVELY BOUTS AT KERNAN'S.
---
The Crowd Strongly Objected to the Referee's Decisions in Two Instances.
The sparring bouts at Kernan's Theater under the direction of the Pastime Athletic Club called out a larger crowd last night than the one of the previous evening, but the bouts were not quite as good. Joe Gans, of Baltimore, and Jackson, of this city, furnished the next contest. Jackson sprained his right foot in the first round, but continued the struggle until the middle of the third, when he was compelled to give up, and Gans was given the victory.
