Before the Eureka Athletic Club at Front Street Theatre tonight George Smith, of Turkey Point, will meet John Glynn, "The Midget," of Wilmington, Del. Other bouts will be between Frank Farley and Charles McKnight, of Philadelphia; Fred. Sweigert and John Muldoon, of Philadelphia, and "Billy" Cockran and Herman Miller, of Wilmington. There will also be a wrestling bout between Jacob Neal and Joseph Kans.

At the Monumental Theatre "Jack" Chaney and Sol. English will meet in a contest for the feather-weight championship of the State. A battle royal will follow.

Joe Gans, the colored light-weight champion of Maryland, and John Van Heese sparred nine rounds at the Monumental Saturday night. Gans had Van Heese whipped to a standstill in the eighth round, but Mr. Daniel Carr, the referee, ordered an extra round. Though Van Heese had none the best of the last round, he was given the decision.
