Joe Miller has also been the Director of The Oklahoma State Athletic Commission since January 2004. He had a very successful amateur boxing career winning the Kansas/Oklahoma Golden Gloves tournament and a short two year stint as a professional boxer. He coached and trained amateur boxers for the Golden Gloves Old Timers Association. Prior to his appointment as the Administrator for the Commission, Joe served in the capacity as a ring official for 5 years.
