Norwegian middelweight Roy Askvold (10-2-1) traveled to Copenhagen where he put an end to the short career of the Dane John Christensen (3-1-0) with a 3rd round TKO. Christensen, who recently had graduated as an engineer, finished a good first round with a 30 second attack. The short stocky Norwegian ducked and held. This attack seemed however to have drained all the Dane's strength. In the 2nd round he was hit again and again by Askvolds hard left jabs and left hooks. Even when Askvold became too energic in the 3rd and dived in, head first and hit with the insides of his gloves, Christensen had no means to keep him away. New left swings drove the Dane backwards and he gave up just before the bell.

5000 attended in the KB- Hall, Copenhagen where the main event was a 10 rounder between undefeated Danish lightweight Borge Krogh and American veteran Don Johnson.
