Ler badly hurt in round 11. Arce dominates fight from opening bell. Ler tries to mix it up in the opening couple of rounds, but is caught hard and decides not to test Arce. There was a lot of talking between the two opponents throughout the fight, but the Argentinan (Ler) refused to make it a slugfest. Arce is frustrated throughout the late rounds. Ler was out on his feet in the 11th but managed to survive with the help of the referee getting in between the two fighters. Arce becomes mandatory challenger for the WBC super flyweight title.
