By mid-1933 Kid Granite was reportedly a veteran of more than 350 fights. As his younger brother fought as Young Kid Granite, with many fight reports leaving out the Young part, it is obviously difficult to seperate the fights of the two fighters. However, the older Granite weighed around 135 lbs while the younger Granite, who didn't turn pro until 1928, remained a featherweight throughout his career.
