Kjell Svensson

Kjell Svensson, born in Oslo 1938, was a fine amateur fighter in the middleweight division during the late 1950's and early 1960's. He was often the third man in Norwegian pro rings 1965-1971.

Under the new promoters Erik Stenerud and Bjorn Dahl, Kjell "Kalle" Svensson became a trainer and brought Svein Erik Paulsen to the European jr.lightweight title in 1974.
