Uneven Danish welterweight Leif Schmucker ( 12-7-0 ) KO'd German Bodo Wusten ( 8-4-3 ) in the 6th and last round. The German started very good with left-right combinations. By the 3rd however, he was very tired, resting often against the ropes while Schmucker figured out a way to stop him. A right in the 6th drove the German against the ropes, another right sent him out of the ring. Laying sideways on the planks he was able to signal his retirement. He needed a good ten minutes to leave the ring. Bodo Wusten never fought again.
