Len Harvey 182 lbs drew with Walter Neusel 214 lbs by PTS in round 12 of 12
- Date: 1934-11-26
- Location: Wembley Arena, Wembley, London, United Kingdom
- Referee: CH Douglas
"Len Harvey, England's light heavyweight champion, held Walter Neusel of Germany to a draw in a 12 round bout last night at Wembley stadium. A crowd of 12,000, the largest that ever attended an indoor fight card in Britain, booed the referee's decision, apparently on the belief Harvey piled up sufficient points in the first four rounds and the last four to earn the verdict. Neusel tried to force the fight in the early rounds, but Harvey kept off the German with a stinging left and scored with both hands from close range. Neusel fournd the range after the 4th but the Briton tied him up thereafter. The referee continually warned the pair for holding." -The Brandon Sun
- Both fighters weighed in fully clothed. Harvey at 182 and Neusel at 200 even.
