    " The return of Lennart Risberg after his knockout by Carl (Bobo) Olson wasn't very impressive. His opponent was wily Eli Elandon, a noted " spoiler " despite his advancing years. The Swede had to be content with a points win. "

    Eli Elandon was a Belgian born in Congo. He debuted as pro in 1950 and went into this fight with a 10-19-2 record. He had one more fight after this, a KO loss to German veteran Peter Mueller 20 days later.
