Leo Lomski 179 lbs beat Young Firpo 174 lbs by KO in round 2 of 10

    After losing the first round to Firpo, Lomski shot a short overhand right to Firpo's jaw which put put him on his knees, where he then fell flat on his face out cold. Firpo purportedly lost anywhere between four and seven teeth from this shot. It was later revealed that these teeth were part of a bridge that Firpo spit out when he was knocked out. Lomski had replaced Fred Lenhart, after Lenhart declined to continue further in the tournament and face Firpo.
