Norwegian novice middleweight Harald Svendsen scored a 4 round points win over German Lothar Kremer. It was Svendsen's 2nd win in two fights after debuting in June with a points win over Dutch veteran Waldo Dors. Svendsen, ( 72 kg ) dropped Kremer in the 2nd round with a right. In the last two rounds however Kremer pressed the Norwegian hard with series. The German paper Box Sport 30. October 1967 wrote that the Norwegian could consider himself lucky this was only a 4 rounder.
In the late 1970's Harald Svendsen surfaced again, now as a prominent trainer in the Danish Team Palle.
