Neal was shot and killed along with another man he had been fighting with in the parking lot of Kansas City community center. Surveillance video showed that a 17yr old male, that had been videotaping the fight, picked up a gun that had fallen to the ground during the fight, and shot both men as they were fighting on the ground.
