Rugby
Montague plays rugby for Waikato in the Women's Provincial Championship. Previously Montague has played for international teams, including club teams in the countries of USA and Canada. The Canada club team was Velox in Victoria, BC (British Columbia). Adding to her CV, – Montague has played rugby for the club team in Fort Miami in Florida USA in 2014.
