North American Midwest Association

According to its official Web site, the North American Midwest Association was founded in 2004 by Ron Warrior Sr. "for the purpose of helping those individuals who are less fortunate to help themselves, whether in sports or life itself." Its stated mission is "to treat all athletes equally; to give each athlete an opportunity to compete for a NORTH AMERICAN TITLE on a national and regional level; to promote a positive image of the boxers who are given a shot at a title; and to develop programs that attend to the needs of the hungry and homeless in our communities."
