Pedro Orlando Reyes is a former Cuban amateur boxer. Reyes won the gold medal in the flyweight class at the 1986 World amateur championships held in Reno. Reyes would win a silver medal in the same weight class at the 1989 World amateur championships. Due to Cuban boycotts of the 1984 and 1988 Olympic games, Reyes never competed in an Olympic games.
