Pismo Beach Arena

The Pismo Beach Arena was a boxing arena located in Pismo Beach, California, which served as a regular boxing club in San Luis Obispo county from the mid 1920s until the early 1940s. It appears to have been an outdoor arena prior to 1930, as it's first show with it's new roof was on January 1, 1930. Shows put on at this arena by Pete Grant drew heavily from the surrounding Filipino population with the crowds many times being majority Filipino.
