By the end of 1931 Ray Kiser (also known as Kid Kiser or Ray Kaiser) was the Lightweight Champion of Oklahoma. He is sometimes listed as being from Tulsa; sometimes from Drumright. Which is not odd, as lots of folks from Drumright would say they were from Tulsa.

Kiser fell out of a 3rd story hotel window in 1957 and survived. In the article he said he fought between 1926-34 and had a record of 186-23.
