• In June 1894 Gorman beat a woman so terribly she died a few weeks later. He was tried and convicted of 2d degree murder. The Court then sentenced him to 21 years in prison. • He was released around 1907, and married a woman from Montana. In April 1913, she died. A week after her funeral, depondent, he robbed a pharmacy of 10 grains of morphine, took it, and died.
