Very little is known about this Northern California boxer except that he was the brother of fellow boxers Paul Negri, Frankie Thomas, and Dummy Thomas. Rocco Negri apparently was killed in the ring during a New York City fight in 1940, but documentation is lacking at this time. He is buried in the Italian Cemetery, Colma, CA, USA.
