  • Soliman positions himself for a shot at the winner of the upcoming IBF World Middleweight title bout between Daniel Geale and Osumanu Adama in Tasmania Australia in March 2012.
  • Soliman had lost three times to Anthony Mundine, for the WBA Middleweight title (twice) and the IBF Pan Pacific Middleweight title.
  • Eight years later, Soliman finally regains the IBF Pan Pacific belt he held for four bouts in 2003-2004. He also fought Anthony Mundine for this belt in 2001.
