Flake believes he has a real battle lined up for his remain event, in one corner will be Sammy Musco, the tough lad who took Ralph Vitela in his only appearance here, and in the other will be Young Maxie Rosenbloom.     Ralph Vitela to Meet Rao in Semi-Windup; Baby Jack on Card A 82-round boxing card that bristles with pleasing performers will be Promoter Phil Flake's next fistic offering to Galveston fans. Wednesday night it the scheduled date and the city auditorium will be the scene of hostilities. Sammy Musco, 130-pound Italian, will pit his ring craft and punching power against young Maxie Rosenbloom in the ten-round main event. Rosenbloom, although a newcomer to these parts, brings an enviable record that shows he has boxed some of the best boys in the business and headlined in many of the nation's largest clubs. He is a Jewish lad who resembles be original Maxie Rosenbloom. His high percentage of knockouts indicates he is a terrific puncher. Musco, who came here from Omaha recently, has been having things very much his own way. He decisioned Ralph Vitola here, Al Manrico in Houston and flattened Neno Falzone at the latter place.
