A scheduled bout between middleweights Vic Hansen and Jimmy Howard (of Chicago) apparently did not happen.
(It appears that San Francisco's Dreamland Auditorium, Dreamland Rink, and Dreamland Pavilion were all the same venue in the 1910s. [5] However, Pavilion Rink was a separate venue--located at Sutter Street, between Steiner and Pierce Streets. [6])
