This program was held under the auspices of the Eagles Lodge, apparently in association with the Moose Lodge. Although it raised $542 to give Christmas joy to the needy [6], the Farmer-Bonds' decision was so disagreeable that it, plus other financial headaches, prompted the Moose Lodge to cease offering bouts for the rest of the season.
