This appears to have been the last show of the Manhattan Athletic Club conducted at the Grand Theater before the venue changed its name to the Hippodrome Theater by that May 1918. [7] There was a Salt Lake City boxing show a month later, in April at the Intermountain Club (not the Manhattan A. C.), but all the bouts on that card were considered exhibitions. [8]
