Note: this card took place at the first Rossville Arena which was located in Rossville, GA, a few miles south of Chattanooga, just below the Tennessee-Georgia state line. This is the first of two structures called Rossville Arena and was in use until early 1935. In late 1933 or early 1934, the structure was retrofitted primarily as a venue for "professional wrestling", but, after a few months of operation, boxing cards were also held at the Rossville Arena.
