Ponomarev defeats Rivera in Phoenix[2]

Unbeaten welterweight Konstantin Ponomarev (25-0, 12 KOs) scored a hard fought but clear cut ten round unanimous 
decision over Cosme “Chino” Rivera (37-19-3) on Saturday night at the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona. 
Ponomarev out moved and outboxed the 38-year-old veteran over ten fast paced rounds to win by scores of 98-92, 100-90, 
100-90.
Unbeaten light heavyweight Trevor McCumby (16-0, 13 KOs) scored a first round KO over Martin Verdin (20-19, 11 KOs).
Two-time Lithuanian Olympian welterweight Egidijus Kavaliauskas (8-0, 7 KOs) impressed again, blowing away Eduardo 
Flores (17-15-3, 12 KOs) in round one. Three knockdowns scored by Kavaliauskas.
Light heavyweight Oleksander Gvozdyk (3-0, 2 KOs) scored a fifth round KO over Lamont Williams (5-6-1, 2 KOs).
Middleweight Marchristopher Adkins (3-1, 1 KO) scored a four round split decision over previously unbeaten Shane Mosley 
Jr. (2-1, 2 KOs) on Saturday night at the Celebrity Theater in Phoenix, Arizona. Scores were 39-37, 39-37 Adkins, 39-37 
Mosley.
Unbeaten lightweight Victor Castro (12-0, 6 KOs) scored a third round KO over Pablo Becerra (7-6, 6 KOs). Castro dropped 
Becerra right at the bell to end round three. Time 2:59.
