Solly Epstein

Oldest of three fighting brothers who fought out of Indianapolis. All three Solly, Louis, and Maxie were competent journeyman fighters. Solly particularly had some note worthy newspaper decisions over world class flyweights Frankie Mason and Johnny Rosner. He also stopped highly regarded Ohio bantamweight Eddie Lavery twice.
