Somjit Jongjohor (born January 19, 1975, Thai: สมจิตร จงจอหอ) is an amateur Thai boxer best known for winning the flyweight Gold at the 2003 World Amateur Boxing Championships. Jongjohor is a two-time Olympian, winning the gold medal in 2008.
Amateur career
Jongjohor was the 2002 Asian Games flyweight champion. In 2006, he was the silver medalist in the same weight class, losing to [Violito Payla]] of Philippines 31-15; he had beaten Payla three times before.
