Steve McPherson

Promoter in Portland, OR, USA in 1937. He only promoted two shows as Portland's main promoter:

• Fred Apostoli vs. Tommy Jones
• Dallas Bennett vs. Young Firpo

He apparently had very little success as a promoter, during a period when boxing was struggling in Portland. He was much better known as a wrestling promoter in Portland at the Auditorium, as a rival to the famous Owen family during the 1930s and 1940s.
