- Actor, director, and writer of the popular "Rocky" series of boxing movies, which have grossed over a billion dollars worldwide.
- In the early 1980s, Stallone started his own promotional company, Tiger Eye Productions. His promotional debut was Sean O'Grady vs. Pete Ranzany on October 30, 1982. He also signed Aaron Pryor to a three-year exclusive promotional agreement.
