Hello my name is Jennifer Figueroa. Chuey Figueroa was my grandpa. He passed away in Feb.3, 2002. Born Dec. 10, 1924. I was always proud of my grandpa for being a professional boxer, and I loved hearing his stories as a boxer. I will miss him and his legacy will be passed on to future generations of my family. I gave my son his first & last name. My son's name is Robby Jesus Figueroa. The name Robby was combined from Chuey's sons names Ronnie & Bobby (both his sons had passed away at the age of 17 years old). Chuey left behind his wife Rita, son Rudy, daughter Irene, daughter Rene, son John, son Anthony, and along with the rest of his 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
