LaBarba's first wife

Ric, are you sure, do you have evidence? According to this article, the name of the wife differs:

He served with the old Army Air Corps in Italy in World War II. Afterward, he became a journalist, writing for boxing magazines and newspapers. He also served for eight years as a boxing adviser for Hollywood movies.

Mr. La Barba is survived by his wife, Johnna; a son, Fidel Jr.; a daughter, Victoria, and a sister.

Also Matt, is survived meaning, his kids are still alive. The General-Morefacts 15:46, 12 October 2007 (CDT)

"is" would be used in a contemporary obituary, "was" makes more sense because you don't know, nor is it relevant really, if his children and others are still alive.--Matt Tegen 16:08, 12 October 2007 (CDT) My source is F. John, his son himself, with whom I keep in contact. In fact, he originally wrote most of that biolgraphical info. Fidel was married twice before he married Luisa, his third wife, during WWII. --Ric 16:24, 12 October 2007 (CDT)

Well, the article said first wife...The General-Morefacts 16:26, 12 October 2007 (CDT)
