Oakland stint

Regarding his brief stint in Oakland, I think he was fired or had a falling out with Tom Gallery at the Olympic. It's possible that he still had the Olympic job while he was preparing to go to Oakland (where his stay was very brief and unsuccessful). I believe he had a falling out with the Olympic in 1936 too, and lost the matchmaker position.--Matt Tegen 19:44, 8 Jul 2005 (CDT)
