Ron Heron Welterweight 1940's - 50's DOB: 4 September 1918 Death: Unknown? Married to Hilda Florence Boardman. Posted: 5 April 2014.

I do have Photos but not uploading them as yet. Ron Heron was the welterweight champion in the middle east during WWII undefeated (40) fights.

After his disscharge from the Army he had several fights and I am unable to find any Photos where he can be identified, most are unable to see his face in photos, ei: in the ring with Tommy Burns, Several photos of Tommy Burns are available but his opponents are not named.

If anyone has photos of Ron Heron in boxing or any other photos please offer them to me for my album. I will upload the photos that I have later. Also if Ron Heron is Diseased and what date he died, or is he at the age of 95 years, if any one knows please be intouch with an email to me.
