Preface to this Page

This is a working title only. But, in the course of my newspaper research, I have come across what appeared to be interesting old-time articles. Either I had a limited time in the library that day, or for whatever other reason, I often just noted the name of the articles and its source, planning to return to photocopy the article later. I still have not gotten around to following-up on those articles. But I thought it might beneficial to at least keep a runing list of such articles we editors come across. By putting the article name (and subject matter), it will show up when visitors use the search box on these pages. This may ultimately turn out to be a worthless effort, but let's see where it goes. As it builds, feel free to re-design the format, or add tables, or whatever you more clever editors decide. --Ric 01:20, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
