"According to the July 19, 1921 Philadelphia Evening Ledger, Loughran was recovering from an injured right hand, suffered in a bout with Jules Ritchie at Lancaster about six weeks ago." (Deepak Nahar) This would be in either the last week of May or the first week of June, but the exact date and result and the newspaper decision are still needed.
