    • "Tony Chiaverini scored his 22nd knockout Saturday night over Sandy Torres. Chiaverini is the 3rd-ranked junior middleweight in the world, according to the WBC. Torres knocked Chiaverini through the ropes in the 7th round but Chiaverini climbed in for the nine-count. In the 9th round, Chiaverini scored a knockdown with a short right jab and Torres took a standing eight count. At 1:37 in round nine, Chiaverini decked Torres with a left hook for a knockout to improve his record to 32-4." -The Sedalia Democrat
