Comment
The taller Releford had success with his jab from the outside. Ross was successful when he came inside with his body attack, smothering Releford's attack. Neither fighter landed much in the way of clean shots, but both made contact often. In round 3, Ross was wobbled by a right uppercut, and went down shortly after. Ross struggled to regain his footing that round, and was wobbled again by a hook. However, Ross regained his senses to outwork Releford over the remainder of the fight.
