What's the deal "moving" one fight to another, by "moving" to another fight number? These are two totally different fights. I am reverting it back. --Ric 08:46, 11 January 2007 (CST)
Once again, can you explain why you are moving fights from one number to another? --Ric 12:37, 11 January 2007 (CST)
My uncle was Beecham. I thought we can make the fight more appealing, also tell me why it should not be moved to better number? What do you mean make the fight "more appealing"? Are you saying that using a different number makes it more appealing? From what I can gather, it appears you thought that changing the fight number to the approximate date of the fight (1011956: Jan. 2, 1956) made it "more appealing." The fight numbers SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED. Each and every fight entered into the BoxRec database is assigned its own specific ID number. When you change the number, you are then referring to a completely different fight. Again, DO NOT CHANGE THE NUMBER by "moving" it to a different number. Since you are new here, you probably did not know fight and boxer numbers are identification numbers that SHOULD NEVER BE MOVED to a new number (with very few exceptions, such as correcting a mistake or over-riding a duplicate page). --Ric 14:25, 11 January 2007 (CST)
YOU MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL!
