My father, George Brandt, was born April 29, 1913 in Willow Grove, Pa. I believe he fought as a featherweight and had many amateur bouts before becoming a professional. He died July 27, 1995. Any information from the boxing community about his career will be greatly appreciated. This is my first visit to this site since I only became aware of it today, Sept. 14, 2005.
