"Wayne Bethea of New York knocked out former Italian Olympian Franco De Piccoli in the 4th round of a scheduled 10 round heavyweight bout Friday night. It was the first loss in 25 professional fights for the 26 year old De Piccoli. De Piccoli was counted out at 2:42 of the 4th round after Bethea had unleashed a two-handed flurry and sent him down with a solid right to the jaw.
