Re: Kansas City Golden Gloves
This seems to be one of our more experienced teams. Congrats to Colt for finally getting in, kinda wished it was at 165 but I doubt he minds! I see our team getting at least 5 wins... Not competing for a team championship but still a pretty solid showing. Good luck to Tommy and Colt along with the r...

Sharif fought his 2nd professional fight last night in St. Joseph MO. He looked very impressive in scoring a 1st round TKO. Apparently he vanished at the World Championships last year. How good was he in the amateurs? Anyone know his record in the ams?

Contender 9/18
Sam Soliman won over Max Alexander by unanimous decision, 50-44, 49-45, and I believe the last one was 48-46. Can someone verify the scores.
Sam won by near shutout, he should advance to the semis

boxer bio question
Is there a website that has boxer bios in the amateurs? I didn't know as this would be very difficult to compile, but I didnt know if there was one on the internet.
I was wondering just to see how the people that I have fought have compared against other fighters.

Im guessing below Golden gloves and obviously olympic trials, but what about silver glove...

You are asking for trouble with your nose. Hopefully, you have good defense or your nose will start bleeding and the bout will probably get stopped. Good call, you must have seen the fight before I got a chance to actually fight it :D It was called in the first, Id have to say that the first or sec...
