Re: Northern Irish Pro Boxing
I'd agree Crease and it is something Alio and I have been pushing for years but without the cash it's hard work. There's Luke Wilton has taken a fight at a days notice against Lee Haskins just to get a wage as they don't get proper purse fees when fighting in Belfast in his dads shows. I'm sure ther...

Re: Northern Irish Pro Boxing
With the medical conditions implemented by the BBBOC and the studies undertaken for transport to Neuro units etc you can't go far from Belfast. The Royal hospital is the only Neuro unit in NI so we are restricted. Also those towns within 30 mins traveling (based on an ambulance at 30-35 mph) again N...

Only if your buying Speaking from experience, it will not end with one, and please take your bank card. Your only saving grace would be that Frank and Mickey (especially) don't tag along lmao. I've some brilliant nights talking boxing (then normally shite) and a few beers, with Johnny and Mickey. Y...

Re: My ratings
Jason Cunningham has made flyweight once? Why is he listed there? Luke Wilton has 10 fights at flyweight in a row, give or take a pound, then 2 outside the weight and gets moved to Bantam? Explain the BoxRec formula for this please. I'm going to go through every British boxer and what other anomalie...

Re: My ratings
MR, does this apply to every boxer? If so I'd expect to see no British Flyweights. We all know that the BBBofC use these ratings for eliminators etc (even though they may say otherwise). If Luke is listed as Bantam due to weights being given to the Boxing News reporters etc then we can stop that pro...

Weight change
Hi Guys, if possible could you change Luke Wilton, Global ID 444439, back to Flyweight from Bantamweight. Luke has not moved up a weight just fighting at over the 8st limit for none title fights as opponents are hard to come by.
Thanks
Gareth.
Thanks
Gareth.

TV deals are hard to come by in the UK but elsewhere in the world? Webcasts seem to be the preferred option for these smaller shows.

Re: In ring rule question
The referees decision is final in those cases, but if he had known it was a foul/illegal blow the BBBofC rules states that it should be a NC, if the blow was not intentional. Intentional blow would be a DQ.

Re: laser eye treatment
I think the BBBofC class laser eye surgery in 2 categories though, non/intrusive. Intrusive surgery would result in a Pro license not being granted. Glynn Rhodes has some experience here, it was him that brought it to my attention. If you don't get a BBBofC licence there are other avenues to explore...

Lovely combo, not so much power as accurate or lucky shots, not being cheeky mate but they could be lucky, lets hope you can do it again. Looks to have really rocked the equilibrium of he opponent. By the way, do you enjoy the road work? I might be wrong but I'd say with those calves you put the mil...

3 Key words in that statement are - don't work out. Training seems to be an issue for Perez and Co, they'd much rather party. It's a waste of talent.Old bones Ian wrote:Cuban heavies just don't seem to work out when going pro.

Reclassify weight for Daniel McShane
If possible could Dainiel McShane ( Global ID - 619096 ) be reclassified to Super Featherweight. I must have made a mistake when requesting his ID first be created, sorry and thanks.

Deakin gave every one of the Hyland brothers one hell of a fight, the videos should be on the Eastside Boxing Club website along with pictures of the bouts. Greenhill were a big supplier of AMA gloves, headguards etc for many years.
