Re: Wilder to activate rematch clause

I wrote some thoughts on the fight as well as some about Tyson Fury and our connection with mental health.

I would be grateful for any feedback, shares etc

There were 2 million threads on the fight and saw this first, sorry to hijack

Re: Best away wins for Brits

Alan Minter vs Vito Antuofermo

I'd say Honeyghan vs Curry is the definitive though.

Re: Charlie Edwards vs. Julio Cesar Martinez II - TBA

Doubt this will happen to be honest. Was getting smacked pillar to post and he doesn't like the weight. I even tipped him to lose to the last fella tbh. Can't see much of a future for him on the world stage at any weight - Andrew Selby would have battered him on Saturday as well.

Jesus. I love Carl Froch, and he is the best British fighter of the last decade. But this is taking a liberty.

Decent preview written by a mate trying to get his stuff out there - https://mineswrites.wordpress.com/ - some good links to amateur Yarde footage also

Brits In Russia?

Going on the theme of Yarde travelling to Russia, any fights between Brits and Russians happened over there during the last 30 odd years?

Thinking Enzo Mac vs Lebedev, Kotlobay

Any others?

Re: Canelo will not fight in September 2019

A third GGG fight doesn't interest me anymore, irrespective of location. Couldn't care less about a pointless Kovalev fight either and there's no chance that fight happens at 175. Callum Smith is not a draw in the UK and can't see Matchroom letting him loose elsewhere as at this stage it is highly u...

Lee is pretty hapless (imo) and Plant KO is the value. Body shot to end it around the 6th.

Re: Decent Movement in the Boxrec HW Rankings

washington would be a decent opponent for dub in the next year, maybe also now with the win wash could fight joyce. or does joe need to move faster then that Dub will most likely go against a UK or European foe. Don't think Joyce would take that fight as he's looking at a title shot (at least in hi...

Boxing on social media really is a fornicating minefield. Hopefully Booth gets left in a vegetative state soon.

Listen, I'm never normally one to jump on the "PPV, AGAIN?!" bandwagon but this being PPV would be a serious piss take. Anyone that believes it does more than 60k buys is on seriously hard stuff.

Re: Whyte's alternative opponents

Some firms have opened betting on a potential fight with Breazeale. Before this absolute farce began at the start of the year, I really wanted to him to fight Ortiz, but sure I read recently he has just announced a fight. I think he can beat all three, but some are more awkward than others. Exciting...

Re: GGG offered a two-fight deal worth around $45 million ?

r.e Andrade. I honestly think GGG would make an absolute mug out of him. It would be watching though your fingers stuff.

Andrade is easily amongst the worst fighters to watch at the moment, BJS would also tear him to shreds.
