Since when Is Ali the bible of boxing? I only talk about fighters I've seen box, It's not like I have posted about Ali pretending I know alot about him. I've read books with stories on him but thats as far as I've gone concerning Ali.

I don't have to be the typical fan and watch some Ali If I don't want to.

Some strange Noobs coming onto boxing forums lately, this guys equal to the Brit Hating Irishman Search/Livra.

Why bother using youtube anyway, someone will get the stuff taken off over copyrights anyway.

Will buy some DVDs when I find a site that does better quality ones, the last place I bought some off had bad quality ones were It was watchable but It was recorded stuff from worn out VHS tapes.

I invested in about 14 DVD's a couple of years ago Max, with all the usual suspects finest moments and a few career sets too.

Possibly one of the best investments I ever made from apersonal point of view!

Infact, just the other night when the missus was watchin Waking The Dead, I popped Watson v Eubank I and II in the laptop, plugged my earphones in got right into it all over again!

You dont have to be a boxing historian to be respected on here, but if you dont know your Ali's from your Leonard's then your comments aint gonna hold much weight i'm afraid, and rightly so!

For a good summary of the Ali era, buy 'Champions Forever'. It features Ali, Frazier, Foreman, Norton & possibly Holmes if my memory serves me well enough. I bought it on VHS many years ago but i am sure it must be available on DVD. Also, if you are not up on that other great era of our sport during the early 80's, buy 'The Fantastic Four', (i think thats what it was called). It focuses on Leonoard, Hearns, Duran and Hagler.

Watch these two vidz and you'll be half way there...........
