Cruiser: Haye, Maccarinelli, Thompson (can be in any order)

Yes, but I can't think of a 3rd fighter who hits harder, most left available ARE those poor opponents he's KO'd. Maybe Keith Long deserve a mention, but then he went the distance with Holden.jameswilson wrote:Surely if Skelton was a big hitter he could knock out Francis. Hide is supposed to be a puncher, yet McCafferty extended him, Francis extended Williams the first time aswell.

Yes I agree, Hide has power, Williams' punches are respectable the rest are either untested or not that powerful. It is quite a bad bunch really.Kevo wrote:i don't see how people can rate Long as a puncher. You often hear him referred to as a 'slugger', yet he has only 3 kos in 8 wins.
Henry Akinwande (who again is not a puncher) is probably deserving of a mention, mainly because there aren't many British heavies who can punch.
