OK I cant see a thread on this, and the result doesnt seem to have been discussed yet.

Napa won an MD 1114-114, 114-113, 114-113

Did he get a home decision?

Pro debut for heavyweight Larry Olubamiwo tonight aswell. Won by KO in the 1st, very muscular and i think he stands at 6"8 BIG lad. Also who said journeymen never win, Dave Ingleby now 6-22-1 beat Dave Howe now 1-1 by KO in the 1st.

Now it wasn't a homer at all. It was close throughout, but the right man won.

Ballone won the first two rounds clearly and was looking good 'til he got cut in the 5th. It semed to unsettle him and Napa won the next few including a 10-8 (IMO). Napa seemed to be nicking close rounds and looked to have it sewn up after getting a 10-8 knockdown in the 10th. However, Ballone showed good heart to win the last two and make it very nervous, but FWIW me and Jim Watt had it by two. him 115-113, me 114-112.

David is fine and will learn from this and be stronger for it.

All our thoughts should be with Gilbert and his family, we are all praying he will be ok.

Was Gilbert Eastman hurt? Is that why the fight wasn't shown?

From BBN

After being stopped in the last second of his eight rounder with Sam Webb, Gilbert Eastman was rushed to hospital it was found that his neck was broken in three places and he also has a blod clot on his brain, he was being operated on as I left the show.

Could Howe go back to the amateurs? isn't it allowed now if you've had 3 or less pro fights

I really enjoyed this fight, i had'nt seen much of Napa as ive only just got sky, he's like a pocket sized Mayweather in some respects, it was a close fight but the scoring was right IMO.
