i suppose hatton's backers would argue that paul spadafora drew with leonard dorin who is fighting gatti next so if he's good enuff for gatti surely spadafora is good enuff for hatton.

but what there forgetting is that dorin was robbed in that fight and spadafora is a no gain fight in that he holds no titles or anything.

yeah spadafora was being bandied around at the time of the pinto fight, I was so happy when Pinto was announced as it wa sa live fight you know.
Tho I suppose Spad would have turned up.

I cant help but feel very down hearted and dissapointed in Ricky here.
I mean to be selling tickets for a fight on the 5th when you are on tv out of shape and never gonna make the weight in 3 weeks (and basically know that its going to be delayed) to me is biting the hand that feeds you and taking the piss.

Im very upset by that, really makes me wonder whats going on.

I had high hopes for hatton but he had to make his move soon, I still hold out hope as he is still young but boiling down that weight all the time cant be condusive to a long career as neither is his style. Im just wondering whether Hatton himself really wants it.

Before I would have bitten someone's head off if they suggested such but the run up to this and the aforesaid tv appearances plus the pinto debacle has got me doubting. i hope Im wrong but.....

I remember defending Hatton on a different forum from US fans after he beat Tackie. They were saying how he is protected and how Tackie was even on the downswing, I told them Ricky was the real deal and would only be fighting top opponents from now on, how stupid I was.

Whats Skys E-Mail address? I think this forum should bombard Sky with complaints about this, maybe they will then get the point.
